Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Item must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or damaged items (not due to our error)
• Items returned after 14 days of delivery
• Final sale items (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping Costs

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photos. We will review the issue and resolve it at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
